Your buyers are already typing it out loud

Hushlead is in development to watch Hacker News, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn and Reddit for posts from people describing what they need, then route each one by intent to the team that should see it first.

Example of the planned Hushlead feed: a Reddit post asking which account-based marketing platform is worth the switch arrives, is scored 94 for intent, tagged Buying Intent and routed to a #sales-leads team channel.

What a routed signal does for each team you run

One feed is planned to serve every team differently: a buyer signal for sales, a cancellation reason for marketing, a feature gap for product, a complaint for support. Below sets out what each one is meant to land in front of.

  • Illustrative mock-up of a sales feed: a LinkedIn post about an outbound tool logging calls wrong, scored 94, and a Reddit post shortlisting vendors with budget signed off, scored 96

Hushlead is in development to surface the posts where someone is weighing up options out loud, and rank how far along they sound, so reps could jump into the thread before it goes cold.

  • Example marketing feed: posts from customers looking to leave a competitor after a price rise

People sometimes ask in public what else is out there, after a renewal gone wrong, a bad outage or a support complaint. Hushlead is in development to help your team be the one who answers.

  • Example product feed: posts describing features people wish their tools had

Hushlead is in development to flag feature requests when people spell them out in public, giving roadmap planning a real thread to point to instead of a guess.

  • Example support feed: a negative brand mention flagged for sentiment

Reach a complaint before it becomes a pile-on. Every post that names your brand is planned to carry a sentiment tag, so the one bad post gets a reply before it gathers replies of its own.

From a plain brief to a routed lead

How Hushlead is designed to work at launch. Set up your listeners once, and Hushlead is meant to read each post, score it and route it on from there, leaving your team free to spend its time writing the reply.

  1. Describe your buyer once

Give Hushlead a short brief on your target customer and it will turn that into what to watch for, what to ignore and what counts as noise, so nobody has to build or maintain a keyword list by hand.

  2. Every post is planned to be checked against that brief

Hushlead will score each new post and comment for buying intent as it appears, and recruitment posts or someone plugging their own product are planned to be marked as noise rather than as a lead.

  3. Your team hears about it first

A match turns up in your inbox, or your Slack or Discord channel, carrying its fit score, the surrounding detail and a direct link to the thread it came from.

The thirteen tags each post is planned to carry

A keyword match tells you a word was used. Hushlead is planned to tag what the post was actually for, so your team and your agents can route a post by its intent rather than by which words happened to appear in it.

  • Buying IntentComparing named options and close to a decision.
  • Recommendation RequestCrowdsourcing what other teams run.
  • ComparisonLining up two or more products side by side.
  • Seeking AlternativeDone with what they have and looking for the next one.
  • Competitor ComplaintVenting about a rival's product or service.
  • Competitor MentionNaming a rival, whichever way the post leans.
  • Brand MentionSomeone saying your brand’s name directly.
  • PraiseA good word worth reposting or replying to.
  • Pain PointDescribing an issue your product is built to fix.
  • Feature RequestRequesting a feature that does not exist yet.
  • Topic PromptA question your team could answer in the open.
  • HiringA team expanding.
  • PromotionalSomeone promoting their own post or product.

Six things a routed signal needs to actually work

A raw keyword feed hands you volume. Hushlead is in development to hand your team a shortlist worth acting on. Here is what that is built on at launch.

  • Planned: each match is ranked by how strong the intent is and how it reads.

Example intent scores: a CRM question scored 93, a promotional post scored 14 and struck through
  • Planned: combine AND, OR and NOT so a listener only fires on what fits.

Example boolean query combining keywords with AND, OR and NOT
  • Planned: recent posts load once you are onboarded.

Example activity chart of recent matching posts by day
  • Planned: pick email, Discord or Slack, and whether each alert lands straight away or in a daily round-up.

Example alert arriving in a team channel
  • Planned: push matched leads inon to the CRM, then whatever enrichment or outreach tool sits next in the stack.

Example of a lead routed onward to the CRM and the tools around it
  • Planned: block a noisy author or domain, or dismiss a recurring false match, in one click.

Example filter list muting authors and domains

Your agents will be able to ask it directly.

Planned for launch: an agent connector, so your AI assistant can pull up a buyer, check the market or log a lead in the CRM from inside the conversation.

Ask us about agent access
  • Agent connector

    Query it from your assistant

Planned: the Hushlead agent connector would let your assistant pull up a listener, check a lead's score or send a signal onward without you switching tabs.

  • Agent skills

    Trigger built-in skills

Planned: skills your agent can run end to end, such as logging a lead in the CRM, pulling a competitor battlecard or raising a churn warning.

  • API and webhooks

Pipe matches into your own tools

Planned: send scored signals to any webhook.

  • Hushlead is in early access, being built for sales and marketing teams inside mid-market and enterprise B2B companies. It is meant to watch Hacker News, Bluesky, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Reddit for the moments buyers go public: someone looking for what you sell, griping about a rival, or stuck on something your product fixes. Each one gets scored on fit and urgency, then sent to the right team. Delivery to email, Discord, Slack and webhook is planned.

  • In short, it means tracking public conversation about a brand, a competitor or a category to find what is worth acting on, instead of searching for each post by hand.

Hushlead is in development as a buyer-intent monitoring product, built to score each match for relevance and intent rather than surface every mention of a word.

  • Hushlead is being built for revenue teams at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, routing matched posts to whichever team should act: sales when someone is comparing options or naming a budget, marketing when a post is worth a reply or sparks a content idea, and product when it points to a feature gap or a competitor's weak spot.

  • Planned pricing: Pro is $249/month and Max is $599/month, or $199/month and $479/month billed annually (20% less). Early-access pricing, subject to change. Enterprise pricing is set with us. The pricing page has the full plan details. Onboarding starts by booking a demo with us.

  • No, Hushlead will not include a trial period. Onboarding is planned to start with a short demo, where you would be walked through the product.

  • A keyword alert flags any post containing the word, with no judgement on whether the person meant it as a buying signal. Hushlead is being built to run each post through an AI model and pass through only the ones where the intent looks genuine, for example a request for a recommendation or a stated reason for dropping a competitor. Instead of maintaining a keyword list by hand, you would describe the kind of customer you are after in a sentence or two, and the listener is meant to work out which posts fit that description and leave job ads or self-promotion aside.

  • Yes, that is the plan: a listener could watch for a named competitor, a category term, or an open-ended question such as "what does everyone use for this".

  • Hushlead is planned to work from the brief you give it, not from hashtags or @mentions. It is meant to match on the terms you give it, your product's name, a rival's name, a complaint, a question, so it finds the conversation even when nobody used your brand name.

  • No. The posts you are watching for will come from prospects and customers talking in public, not from your own activity on the platform.

  • Hushlead plans to track Bluesky, Hacker News, Reddit, X and LinkedIn at launch.

  • A Hushlead Agent connector for AI agents is planned, not yet available. Ask us about agent access.

  • Not yet. Slack and Discord alerts from Hushlead are planned.

  • Hushlead is in development to give sales a live read on who in the market is comparing options, naming a budget, or complaining about an incumbent, with each post scored so you can judge which ones are worth a reply before you open the thread.

  • Hushlead is in development to help marketing follow brand sentiment, surface content ideas from public posts, and see where a competitor is slipping, from one feed instead of separate searches.

Stop finding out
after the fact.

Hushlead is in development to pull every public mention of your category, from a rival's name to the exact pain point your product fixes, into one scored, routed feed, so your team hears about it while the conversation is still live.
