About these terms

These terms apply to your use of hushlead.com and the sign-in and sign-up pages at app.hushlead.com. The site is run by Umut Güden (trading as Hushlead), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Early access

Hushlead is a pre-launch product in early access. No paid service is offered or sold through this site. The site describes what Hushlead is planned to do, and features may change before launch. Any paid early access will be governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change. They are not an offer, and no contract is formed through the website. Final prices and terms are set out in the separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• copy the site in bulk, or use it to send spam;
• book demos under a false identity or on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including its text, design and graphics, belongs to its owner unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not reuse the content commercially without permission. The names and logos of Reddit, X, LinkedIn and other networks belong to their owners. They are used only to name the networks, and their use does not mean those companies endorse or are connected with Hushlead.

Third-party services and links

The demo page embeds Cal.com, and the site links to other websites. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including indirect loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
